“ Northeast Utilities, National Grid, and Unitil are seeking an expedited review by state regulators so the wind farms can qualify for federal production tax credits before the incentives expire at the end of
year. The problems come as scores of the bank's 25 million savers are also struggling to
move their money out before heavy rate cuts come next
week. Jobs in retail trade, vehicle efficiency-related work, and the 4.2
million jobs related to efficient manufacturing processes are excluded from these numbers.
The five million savers who choose to receive prizes
in the post were told to provide their bank account details along with an email address and
mobile phone number to make sure they can still collect prize money.
At least £4million was used to pay commissions and the remaining funds were largely used to make loans to companies and other entities that appear to be connected with
Fast Pensions and trustees of the schemes, a report said.
