“ "I want to write a take." How many times have you heard someone make that statement?
Maybe it's one of your deepest desires in life. For me, I had a mid-thirties moment.
It wasn't anything major like a mid-life crisis where one loses
their senses. This was more belonging to the clarifying moment in my life
where I believe God planted a few seeds.
Be detailed and actual. The more specific and varied you make each character, the
easier it will be to stay consistent and deliver readily recognizable
numbers.
Character traits you will have to possess must come into focus before
you could build them into your life. You must gain an associated with what each means.
While much you cannot build a pyramid without knowing what a pyramid is, you cannot
build the character traits you might want to possess up until you understand what each is actually.
The disadvantage in my thinking is that we're focusing in the "bad company" as being the problem.
We shouldn't be surprised when sinners sin. When around "bad company" must expect
your crooks to act approaches that natural meats not agree to.
Good character on the other hand is really a different story.
Good character isn't supposed to partake in bad.
During this stage, make notes for that character looks (eye color, hair color, height, weight), personality (joyful, moody), profession, relationships (wife, husband, sister), age, physical location, status and
various other details that would form the type. Some writers have elaborate charts to assist dissect their characters in writing.
Others may clip or download photos and together a visual scrapbook
review.
Another important subject tackle is the characters history.
Was he/she/it an only tiddler? One of many? orphan?
foster child? Did your character grow up rich or poor or in between? Good parents or bad mom's and dad's?
Failed relationships? Was your character abused? Does the character have loads of experience or maybe if he innocent?
Now there are a lot of tips to understanding your mother
nature herself. These are three basic steps, with each one taking as long as the article author needs.
I generally found that drawing up a character tree showing how all the characters relate to
and connect with each other helps aid me from making drastic mistakes and overlaps.
When you have only few characters this might be superfluous, on the other hand
you possess a lot of characters as i do a lot of of my stories it is an indispensable
tool. ”
