the minor humiliation, alarm or distress. Persons who commit
revenge porn under section 377BE of the Penal Code, knowing that this will likely cause humiliation, distress or alarm
to the subject of the images or recordings, can be jailed for up
to 5 years, fined or caned (or any combination of these). ”
